Private Role Cards on Each Device
In Multiplayer mode (/multiplayer), the host opens a room and sends an invite link. Each friend joins on their own phone or laptop, claims a suspect seat, and reads a private role card while AI fills any empty seats.
Pairing the Room With Voice Chat
Hop on a Discord or Zoom voice call while everyone has the browser room open. Read the published opening statements aloud, debate timelines live, and type questions to AI characters by name in the table log.
Pacing for Groups
Sixty to ninety minutes fits a full six-act multiplayer room: Reading, Opening Statements, Free Discussion, Final Words, Voting, and the full Debrief where every role card is revealed.
When Solo Still Wins
Multiplayer rooms add bluffing and social energy; Single Player mode adds pure detective focus. You can play solo when you want to interrogate the entire cast yourself.
